Registered Respiratory Therapist

Job Overview

Location: Cleveland, Ohio

Scheduling notes: Weekends as needed; may float as needed

Required Qualifications

Valid Registered Respiratory Therapist license in Ohio
Registered Respiratory Therapist (2 years of experience)
Registered Respiratory Therapist experience within the last year
BLS issued by American Heart Association

Compliance and Onboarding

Government-issued photo ID
Criminal background check
Monthly EPLS/GSA/SAM review
Monthly HHS/OIG review
Transcript or diploma
FBI and BCI fingerprinting within 12 months of start
Unit-specific competency exam within 12 months of start
Unit-specific skills checklist
Pre-employment physical within 1 year of start
Fit mask within 12 months of start
Negative TB test or chest X-ray within 6 months of start
TB questionnaire if there is a history of past positive TB
Drug screen within 12 months of start
Flu vaccine or approved medical/religious exemption during flu season
I9/E-Verify attestation
Online training modules before start
Badge pickup from the facility before start

Additional Notes

All work history must be included in the profile
RTO and scheduling requests must be communicated during submission and interview
Copies of required certifications must be included with submission
