Location
Monterey, California
Contract Length
13 weeks
Shift
- Day shift
- 8 hours per day
- Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–3:30 PM
- Call required on weekdays, weekends, and holidays
- Call response time: 30 minutes
Required Qualifications
- Current California Fluoro permit
- BLS (AHA)
- ACLS (AHA)
- NIHSS
- 2 years of experience in the specialty
Preferred Qualifications
- RCIS
- Structural heart experience
- Epic familiarity
Job Responsibilities
- Work in the Cath Lab
- May float to EP depending on experience
- May need to pre-op and recover patients
- May need to take total patient care assignments
Unit Details
- Full-service lab with 2 cath lab suites and 1 EP lab
- Typical cases include PCI, pacemaker, STEMI, diagnostic, TAVR, and Watchman procedures
- Average daily volume: 6–7 cath cases and 4–5 EP cases
Additional Notes
- Smoke-free facility
- Negative nicotine/cotinine drug screen required
- All requested time off must be submitted at the time of application
- Orientation is 2–3 shifts depending on experience
- Scrubs are provided
