Job details
- Location: Garden City, Michigan
- Employment type: LTA
- Shift: 7:00 PM - 7:30 AM
- Contract length: 8 weeks
Required qualifications
- Radiology Technologist with 2 years of experience
- Radiology Technologist experience within the last year
- CT Technologist experience
- ARRT certification
- Driver’s license or state ID
- BLS, ACLS, and PALS certification
- Resume
- Two professional references, including one from a manager or direct leader/supervisor
Onboarding requirements
- Background check
- Drug screening with a minimum 10-panel test, including THC
- TB test within 1 year of start date
- COVID-19 vaccination: 2 doses plus booster, or declination
- MMR immunity documentation
- Hepatitis B immunization record, titer, or declination
- Varicella immunity documentation
- Tdap documentation
- Physical/health statement confirming clear to work
- Prime OIG screening
- Prime Core Competencies Exam
- Prime Skills Checklist
- Prime Color-blind test
- Prime Specialty Exam
- Prime Agency Attestation
- Prime SAM/EPLS screening
- Skill checklist from agency and records of nursing-related competencies/exams
- Tuberculosis test records
- Hepatitis vaccine record
- Influenza vaccine or declination
- Copy of agency’s Certificate of Liability Insurance
- Attestation form
- Resume/application
- Certification documentation
