Job Overview
- Location: Charlottesville, Virginia

- Contract length: 13 weeks
- Shift: Day, 5x8 hours
- Weekly hours: 40
- Schedule notes: Every 4th weekend; every other holiday
Required Qualifications
- Valid RN license in Virginia
- Case Management (1 year of experience)
- Case Management experience within the last year
- Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
- Experience in a(n) Inpatient setting
- Acute Hospital Case Management Experience
- Acute Care experience
Additional Notes
- Up to 40 hours of requested time off may be approved
- Either travel experience or EPIC experience is acceptable for submission
