Medical Surgical RN
Job Overview
- Location: Thomasville, Georgia
- Employment type: Travel/Contract
- Assignment length: 13 weeks
- Shift: Day, 4x12 hours, 7:00 AM–7:00 PM
- Weekly hours: 48
- Schedule: Every other weekend
- Unit focus: Oncology floor
- Start timing: About 3 weeks after offer
- Extension: Possible
Required Qualifications
- Valid RN license in Georgia
- Med Surg / Telemetry (1 year of experience)
- Med Surg / Telemetry experience within the last year
- BLS issued by American Heart Association or American Red Cross
- ACLS issued by American Heart Association or American Red Cross
- Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
- IV Start capability
- Oncology experience
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous travel experience
Work Expectations
- Minimal to no requested time off
- Block scheduling considered
- Royal blue scrubs required
Additional Notes
- Cerner and Soarian are used at the facility
- Local candidates within 31–50 miles may be considered at a different rate; candidates under 30 miles will not be considered
