Registered Nurse (Operating Room)
Location: Pittsfield, Massachusetts
Employment Type: Temp
Contract Length: 13 weeks
Shift: Days, 8 hours per day
Required Qualifications
- Valid RN license in Massachusetts
- Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
- 2 years of experience in Operating Room (OR)
- Operating Room experience within the last year
- BLS issued by American Heart Association or American Red Cross
- ACLS issued by American Heart Association or American Red Cross
Required Documents
- Work history
- Operating Room Circulate skills checklist, current within 1 year
- Operating Room Scrub skills checklist, current within 1 year
- 1 supervisory signed reference from within the past 2 years
- Massachusetts Temporary Nursing Service Agency License (Nursing Pool)
Additional Job Details
- 10/12-hour shifts are not available; the assignment requires five 8-hour shifts
- Travelers within 50 miles of the facility will not be considered
- Traveler must have their own vehicle
- Requested time off must be included at submission and is limited to 5 days or fewer
- 8 hours of non-billable orientation
- Meditech Expanse experience is highly preferred
- CNOR is preferred
