Cardiac Telemetry Nurse

Location

Augusta, Georgia

Night shift
3x12-hour shifts
7:00 PM to 7:30 AM
36 hours per week

Contract Length

Adults to geriatrics

16-bed unit
Average daily census: 16
Nurse-to-patient ratio: 1:5

Required Qualifications

Valid RN license in Georgia
Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
Telemetry experience within the last year
1 year of telemetry experience
BLS issued by American Heart Association or American Red Cross
ACLS issued by American Heart Association or American Red Cross
Experience with Epic
Experience in Charge roles

Additional Experience Notes

First-time travelers are accepted
Charge nurse experience is requested

Work Expectations

Floating within facility/scope of practice as needed
6 weekend shifts per 6-week schedule period
No call required
Holiday coverage may be required based on assignment dates
Maximum 7 days of requested time off
Must be fully compliant before start
Local candidates are accepted
