Description

Physical Therapist

Role Overview

  • Inpatient / acute care physical therapist role
  • Primary setting is inpatient / acute care, with occasional floating to an outpatient clinic if inpatient census drops
  • Patient mix includes orthopedic, neurological, general medical, and surgical cases

Schedule

  • Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM
  • Some weekdays may shift to 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM to attend morning rounds
  • Saturday shifts may be arranged in advance to provide a weekday off
  • Sunday on-call may be arranged in advance

Required Qualifications

  • Physical Therapist experience with strong inpatient / acute care skills
  • BLS certification through AHA

Assignment Length

  • 13 weeks
