Certified Surgical Technician CVOR
Job Overview
- Location: Beachwood, Ohio
- Employment type: LTA
- Contract length: 13 weeks
- Shift: 07:00 - 15:30
- Schedule: 5 eight-hour shifts
- Call: Nights/weekends, split among the cardiac OR team
Role Summary
- Cardiac experience is required.
- Must also be able to work general OR cases, including general, gyn, urology, robotics, ortho, ENT, breast/plastics, spine, and thoracic.
- Cardiac cases may occasionally run into the evening.
Required Qualifications
- CVOR Technologist with 1 year of experience
- CVOR Technologist experience within the last year
- BLS issued by American Heart Association
- Driver's License
- Cardiac experience
Onboarding Requirements
- 2-step TB test or IGRA
- MMR immunity documentation
- Varicella immunity documentation
- Hepatitis B documentation
- Tdap within the last 10 years
- Fit test
- Influenza vaccine documentation or approved declination/medical accommodation
- COVID-19 vaccine is preferred but not required
- Criminal background check
- OIG search
- SAM/EPLS/GSA/OFAC screening
- Drug screen
- Module completion certificate
- Ohio fingerprints
- Social Security trace
- National sex offender search
- Badge photo
