Role Summary

Critical care / cardiac critical care background required
Open heart recovery experience required
Post-cardiac procedure recovery experience required

Required Qualifications

Valid RN license in Indiana
CVICU (2 years of experience)
CVICU experience within the last year
BLS issued by American Heart Association
ACLS issued by American Heart Association
NIH Certification
Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
Driver's License
Background in Critical Care
Background in Cardiac Critical Care
Open heart recovery experience
Post cardiac procedure recovery experience

Onboarding / Compliance Requirements

Signed assignment agreement
Pharmacology exam with a minimum score of 80%
Specialty exam with a minimum score of 80% or the national benchmark passing score
Core competencies exam with a minimum score of 80% or the national benchmark passing score
EKG exam with a passing score of at least 80%
Color vision screening
Nursing onboarding education attestation
Nursing contract worker onboarding completion onsite
