Certified Surgical Technician CVOR
Location
Indianapolis, Indiana
Contract
13 weeks
Schedule
- 4x10-hour shifts
- Shift times: 06:00–16:30 or 08:00–18:30, depending on case schedule
- Call: 1 night call per week and 1 weekend call per month
Required Qualifications
- BLS certification
- Current license with primary source verification within 30 days prior to start
- At least two professional references
- Resume or profile
- Driver’s license or state ID
- Education verification relevant to clinical work
- Employment verification for the past seven years
- Criminal background check results
- EPLS check
- 12-panel drug screen
- Skills checklist
- Specialty exam
- Core competencies
- Surgical technologist contract worker onboarding attestation
- Badge photo
