Certified OR Tech / Surgical Tech

Job Overview

Specialty: Surgical Services
Location: Memphis, Tennessee
Employment type: Travel/Contract
Contract length: 13 weeks
Shift: Monday–Friday, 2:00 PM–10:30 PM
On-call required

Required Qualifications

Certified Surgical Technologist (2 years of experience)
Certified Surgical Technologist experience within the last year
2 or more years of total travel experience
ACLS - Advanced Cardiac Life Support issued by American Heart Association or American Red Cross
BLS - Basic Life Support issued by American Heart Association or American Red Cross
NBSTSA or CST
Transplant experience in liver and kidney procedures

Additional Notes

Two recent professional references are required
Two forms of government-issued ID are required
A Social Security card is required
Background check, education verification, sex offender search, and Tennessee Adult Abuse Registry search are required
Physical exam, drug screen, TB screening, and flu vaccination or approved exemption are required before start
Fit testing is required before start
Confidentiality acknowledgment must be signed before start
Scrubs: steel/gray; no prints or embroidered scrubs allowed
