Preop and PACU RN

Location

Ithaca, New York

Contract

13 weeks
On-call coverage is required, including weeknight and weekend call
Shift options include 6a-6p, 7a-7p, 8a-8p, and 9a-9p

Required Qualifications

Valid RN license in New York
Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
PACU - Post Anesthesia Care experience
PACU - Post Anesthesia Care (2 years of experience)
PACU - Post Anesthesia Care experience within the last year
PreOp / PACU - Post Anesthesia Care experience
Day Surgery experience
Outpatient Surgery experience
BLS issued by American Heart Association or American Red Cross
ACLS issued by American Heart Association or American Red Cross
PALS issued by American Heart Association or American Red Cross
Driver's License
Nursys verification completed within 30 days prior to start

Schedule Notes

Call expectation is roughly 3–4 weeknight calls and one 24-hour weekend call in an 8-week period
