Description

Interventional Radiology RN Weekender

Location

Cleveland, Ohio

Schedule

Friday, Saturday, and Sunday
7:00 AM to 7:00 PM
On-call every Saturday from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM

Assignment Details

13-week contract
Weekend interventional radiology role
Level 1 trauma center and stroke center
Procedure areas include body angiography, neuro angiography, ultrasound, and CT

Required Qualifications

Valid RN license in Ohio
Interventional Radiology experience within the last year
1 year of Interventional Radiology experience
Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
BLS certification issued by the American Heart Association
ACLS certification issued by the American Heart Association
Driver's License

Onboarding / Compliance Requirements

Influenza vaccine documentation or approved declination process
2-step TB test or IGRA within the required timeframe
MMR immunity documentation
Fit test within 1 year of start
Hepatitis B documentation or declination
Varicella immunity documentation
Tdap within the last 10 years
COVID-19 vaccination is preferred, not required
Background check and exclusion screening
Drug screen
I-9 attestation
Ohio fingerprints and/or federal fingerprinting as applicable
Module completion before clearance
