RN - OR Circulator / Pre-Op / PACU

Location

• Lamar, Colorado

Job Type

• Contract
• 13 weeks
• Day shift
• 40 hours per week

Schedule

• Monday through Friday, 6:30 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.
• Occasional late days based on surgical case volume
• Rotational call coverage, including weekdays, weekends, and holidays

Role Summary

• Provides direct patient care in surgical services across pre-op, OR/circulator, and PACU
• Functions as a primary caregiver and must be able to work in all three areas
• Supports assessments, documentation, patient recovery, case circulation, patient education, transfer coordination, and instrument/equipment processing

Required Qualifications

• Valid RN license in Colorado
• Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
• OR - Operating Room (6 years of experience)
• OR - Operating Room experience within the last year
• Preoperative experience
• PACU - Post Anesthesia Care experience
• ACLS

Preferred Qualifications

• 3 years of pre-op/OR/PACU experience
• CNOR
• Scrub experience

Additional Details

• Surgical cases include general, OB/GYN, ophthalmology, and orthopedics
• Work may involve long periods of standing, walking, heavy lifting, and exposure to blood, body fluids, unpleasant sights/smells, and infectious diseases
