Surgical Technician
Overview
- Location: Ontario, Oregon
- Shift: Monday–Thursday, 6:45 AM–5:15 PM
- Schedule includes call: 1 night per week and every 3rd to 4th weekend
- Contract length: 13 weeks
Required Qualifications
- Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) by NBSTSA with 1 year of experience and experience within the last year, or Tech in Surgery-Certified (TS-C) by NCCT
- BLS issued by American Heart Association
Onboarding / Compliance
- License or certification verification dated within 30 days of start
- COVID-19 vaccine documentation, declination, or exemption
- MMR documentation
- Fit test documentation
- Hepatitis B documentation and quantitative titers
- TB testing documentation
- Varicella documentation
- Physical/health statement from an exam within the last year
- Drug screen completed within 30 days of start
- Code of conduct form
- I-9 form
- Confidentiality and information system security agreement
- Conflict of interest disclosure form
- Criminal background check
- Education verification
- EPLS check
- OIG check
- Integrity and audit services form
- Joint Commission testing within a year
- Motor vehicle report
- NSO check
- Specialty-specific competency testing within a year
