Description

Labor & Delivery RN

Job Overview

  • Contract RN position in Newport, Vermont
  • Night shift
  • 36 hours per week
  • 13-week contract

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide labor & delivery care, including post-partum and baby unit care
  • Float to other units as needed
  • Care for overflow from the Progressive Care Unit

Required Qualifications

  • Valid RN license in Vermont
  • Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
  • Labor and Delivery (5 years of experience)
  • Labor and Delivery experience within the last year
  • BLS
  • AWHONN
  • C-EFM
  • STABLE
  • NRP

Additional Notes

  • Personal transportation is strongly recommended due to limited public transportation
  • The area is described as a small town on the Canadian border with outdoor recreation opportunities
