ER Nurse
Location
- Charlottesville, Virginia
Schedule
- Night shift
- 4x12 hours
- 19:00–7:00
- 36 or 48 hours per week
- Weekends required
- Scheduled days may vary based on staffing needs
- Block scheduling cannot be guaranteed
Assignment Length
- 18 weeks
- Longer assignments may be available through 01/02/2027
Required Qualifications
- Valid RN license in Virginia
- Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
- ED - Emergency Department (2 years of experience)
- ED - Emergency Department experience within the last year
- At least 1 year of Level 1 trauma center experience or 2 years of Level 2 trauma center experience, including some pediatric experience
Required Certifications
- ACLS - Advanced Cardiac Life Support issued by American Red Cross or American Heart Association
- BLS - Basic Life Support issued by American Heart Association or American Red Cross
- PALS - Pediatric Advanced Life Support issued by American Red Cross or American Heart Association
- TNCC - Trauma Nursing Core Course issued by Emergency Nurses Association
Time-Off Restrictions
- Must work 2 of the 3 winter holidays
- Time off around Labor Day cannot be approved
- Up to 40 hours of time off may be approved
