Description

Labor and Delivery RN Travel Contract

Location

Stockbridge, Georgia

Assignment Details

Travel/contract role
Night shift: 3x12 hours, 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM
Every other weekend
One 12-hour call shift per schedule
Floating within facility/scope of practice as needed
8-week contract
Local candidates accepted

Experience

2 years of minimum specialty experience
First-time travelers accepted

Required Qualifications

Valid RN license in Georgia
Labor and Delivery (2 years of experience)
Labor and Delivery experience within the last year
ACLS - Advanced Cardiac Life Support issued by American Heart Association or American Red Cross
BLS
NRP
EFM - Electronic Fetal Monitoring
EFM/AWHONN certification on file prior to start
NIH Stroke Certification if required for the specialty
Completion of the required competency exams and screenings before start, including dysrhythmia/EKG competency for applicable telemetry-related roles and color-blind testing
Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
Work history verification
2 clinical references

Compliance and Scheduling Expectations

Maximum 7 days of requested time off
Must work major holidays as assigned based on the holiday schedule
Full compliance is required to start on time

Negative TB test or chest X-ray
Measles, mumps, rubella, varicella, and hepatitis B documentation
