Required Qualifications

Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
Valid RN license in Ohio
Med Surg / Telemetry (1.5 years of experience)
Med Surg / Telemetry experience within the last year
BLS - Basic Life Support issued by American Heart Association or American Red Cross
ACLS - Advanced Cardiac Life Support issued by American Heart Association or American Red Cross
Willing to obtain NIHSS prior to start
One recent reference from a manager, assistant nurse manager, supervisor, director, or charge RN in the specialty

Start date, requested time off, scheduling, and shift details must be confirmed at submission and cannot be changed after an offer is presented
All listed requirements are non-negotiable
Auto offer
ECG rhythm recognition test and SafeMedicate are completed during orientation and require passing scores
Qualivis/Lotus is used for time submission
