Job Overview

Required Qualifications
- Valid Physical Therapist license in Montana
- Physical Therapist (2 years of experience)
- Physical Therapist experience within the last year
- BLS
- 2 years of proficient electronic medical records experience
Preferred Qualifications
- EPIC experience
Work Setting
- Mostly outpatient services for a hospital service
- Occasional inpatient coverage
