Day shift
4 ten-hour days
Start time: 8:00 AM
Schedule options: Tuesday through Friday or Monday through Thursday

Work Setting

Mix of inpatient/acute and outpatient care
Outpatient appointments are 45 minutes
Areas covered include outpatient orthopedics in an athletic club and an acute medical floor

Required Qualifications

Physical Therapist license for Oregon
BLS certification
Driver’s license at time of submittal
1 year of outpatient experience

Business casual dress code; no denim
No weekend requirement
No holiday requirement
Day 1 orientation
