X-Ray Tech

Job Overview

Travel/contract role in Cleveland, Ohio
13-week assignment
Night shift: 11:00 PM–7:00 AM, Monday through Friday
No weekends, no call, no holidays

Required Qualifications

Valid Radiology Technician license in Ohio
Radiology Technician (1 year of experience)
Radiology Technician experience within the last year
BLS issued by American Heart Association
ARRT

Pre-Start Requirements

Fingerprinting completed within 48 hours of the signed contract
BCI and FBI fingerprint results within 12 months of start
Monthly EPLS/GSA/SAM and HHS/OIG checks
Physical exam within 1 year of start
Fit mask within 12 months of start
Negative TB test or chest X-ray within 6 months of start
Drug screen within 1 year of start
Immunization or immunity documentation for measles, mumps, rubella, hepatitis B, and varicella
Flu vaccination or approved medical/religious exemption during flu season
Online training modules completed before start
Badge photo and badge pickup before start
Competency exam within 12 months of start
Skills checklist annually
Orientation safety manual acknowledgement annually
Core training requirements for subcontractors
