X-Ray Technologist

Job Overview

  • Location: Pontiac, Michigan
  • Employment type: Long-term assignment
  • Contract length: 13 weeks
  • Shift: 8:30 PM - 7:00 AM
  • Schedule includes every other weekend

Required Qualifications

  • Radiology Technologist with 1 year of experience
  • Radiology Technologist experience within the last year
  • BLS issued by American Heart Association

Submission Requirements

  • Skills checklist completed within the past year
  • 2 professional references

Onboarding Requirements

  • Proof of COVID-19 vaccination, declination, or exemption with agency letterhead
  • 10-panel drug screen completed within 30 days of start
  • MMR documentation
  • Fit test completed within 1 year of start
  • Hepatitis B series or declination
  • 2-step PPD or IGRA completed within 1 year of start
  • Varicella documentation
  • Tdap within the past 10 years
  • Physical/health statement from an exam within the last year
  • Confidentiality and information security agreement
  • Conflict of interest disclosure form
  • Criminal background check
  • Education verification
  • EPLS screening
  • GSA/OIG screening
  • Integrity and audit services form
  • Respirator evaluation
