Job Overview

• Location: Cleveland, Ohio
• Shift: 7:00 PM – 7:30 AM
• Contract length: 13 weeks
• Employment type: LTA
• Schedule requirement: every other weekend and every other holiday
• Charge responsibilities may be required; charge training/shadowing is offered

Required Qualifications

• Valid RN license in Ohio
• Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
• BLS issued by American Heart Association
• Driver's License
• Med Surg experience
• Telemetry experience
• Telemetry PCU - Progressive Care Unit (1 year of experience)
• Telemetry PCU - Progressive Care Unit experience within the last year

Onboarding / Compliance Requirements

• Background check and exclusion screening required within 6 months of start
• Ohio fingerprints required
• Drug screen required within 60 days of start
• I-9 attestation required
• Module completion required before clearance
• Competency exam required with a passing score of at least 80%
• Core competencies required with a passing score of at least 80%
• Influenza vaccine proof required during flu season; declination or medical accommodation forms may apply
• MMR immunity required
• Varicella immunity required
• Hepatitis B documentation required
• Tdap vaccination required within the last 10 years
• Fit test required within 1 year of start
• TB testing required
• Social Security trace may be required
• OIG search may be required
• SAM/OFAC screening may be required
• Education verification required
• Prior employment form required

Additional Notes

• Intermittent charge responsibilities may be part of the role
• COVID-19 vaccination is preferred, not required
