Physical Therapist
Location
- Fort Morgan, Colorado
Schedule
- Day shift
- 4 ten-hour days per week
- Typical hours: 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM
- Rare weekend on-call coverage may be needed
Assignment Details
- Mostly outpatient orthopedics, with some inpatient acute and neuro cases
- Common patient types include post-joint, pain, back, post-fall, post-neuro, and some sports cases
- Average caseload is about 8–12 patients per day
- Includes use of a warm water therapy pool
- Department orientation is during the first week
- Clinicians must be in state for the week of orientation, even if first-day modules are remote
Required Qualifications
- Physical Therapist license in Colorado
- BLS certification through AHA
- Driver’s license must be submitted

- The role includes training
- Dress code is scrub attire or business casual
- Radius limit: 60 miles
