Required Qualifications

• CVOR Technologist experience within the last year
• 2 years of experience as a CVOR Technologist
• Current AHA BLS

Job Details

• Scrubs open heart and vascular cases, including wired vascular cases
• On-call schedule includes weekday call shifts, weekend call every 6 weeks, and occasional holiday call rotation
• Government-issued photo ID must be carried while on assignment
• Background check required before start and must be updated annually
• Fingerprinting required within 48 hours of signed contract and must be completed before start
• Education verification required
• Primary source verification of state license required within 30 days of start
• Nursys verification required within 30 days of start
• Physical exam required within 1 year of start
• Fit mask required within 12 months of start and updated annually
• Tdap vaccination required every 10 years
• TB screening required within 12 months of start and updated annually
• Measles, mumps, rubella, varicella, and hepatitis B documentation required
• Standard 10-panel drug screen required within 12 months of start and updated annually
• Flu documentation required for seasonal compliance
• Snellen eye exam required within 1 year of start
• 2 references required from recent employment
• Employment application must include 3 years of prior work history, including at least 2 years of clinical practice in an acute care setting and in a similar area to the assignment
• Skills checklist required annually
• Core competency modules required before start
• Pass/fail medication and ECG testing completed during orientation

• CVOR experience is preferred
• ACLS is not required for this role
• CNOR is preferred, not required
