Job Overview

Required Qualifications

Certified Surgical Technologist (1.5 years of experience)
Certified Surgical Technologist experience within the last year
BLS - Basic Life Support issued by American Heart Association or American Red Cross
Ohio BCI/FBI fingerprinting and fingerprint result attestation
Background check prior to start
Education verification
Physical exam within 1 year of start
Fit mask clearance within 12 months of start
Tdap documentation
Negative TB screening or chest X-ray
Measles, mumps, rubella, varicella, and hepatitis B immunity/documentation
Standard 10-panel drug screen within 12 months of start
Flu vaccination documentation or approved exemption
Eye exam within 1 year of start
2 references from employment within 1 year of start
Employment application with 3 years prior work history, including at least 2 years of clinical practice in an acute care setting and in a similar area to the assignment
Skills checklist

Nursys verification

Preferred Qualifications

General surgery experience

Onboarding / Compliance Notes

Government-issued photo ID required and must be carried while on assignment
Day shift hours are 7:00 AM to 7:30 PM
Orientation includes facility competency testing
Online training modules must be completed before start
Badge photo required for OR Tech First Assistants and RNFAs only
