Ultrasound Tech
Location
- Council Bluffs, Iowa
Contract Length
- 13 weeks
Schedule
- Days, Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM
- 40 hours per week
- On-call rotation: 1 weekday night per week and every 4th weekend
- 1 week of unit-specific orientation, Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM
Required Qualifications
- BLS certification
- ARRT
- ARDMS
- Ultrasound certificate
- Driver’s license required at submittal
Clinical Setting
- General ultrasound only
- Adults and pediatrics
- Biopsies
- 2 ultrasound scanners/rooms
Additional Requirements
- Must live outside a 50-mile radius
- Cannot be full time, part time, or PRN with any facility associated with CommonSpirit within the past year
- Artificial nails are prohibited in patient care areas
- RTO must be submitted upfront; additional RTO will not be approved
