Schedule
- Days, 8 hours per day
- Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM–4:00 PM
- Call required
Required Qualifications
- Valid Cath Lab Technologist license in North Dakota
- Cath Lab Technologist experience within the last year
- 1 year of Cath Lab Technologist experience
- BLS certification
- RCIS or ARRT
- If ARRT credentialed, must hold an active North Dakota Radiologic Technologist license
- If ARRT credentialed, ARRT must be registered with NDMIRT
- Radiation badge must be supplied and in hand before start
Role Details
- Cath lab tech role with scrubbing and/or panning responsibilities
- IV starts may be part of the role
- Majority of the role is panning
- Experience with panning only is acceptable if not scrubbing
- Preferred experience includes IABP, Impella, Shockwave, Laser, IFR/FFR, IVUS, Rotapro, and 4-port manifold
Call Expectations
- Weeknight call: 1–2 days per week
- Weekend call: every third weekend
- Holiday call: every other holiday
- Call response time: 20 minutes
Unit Details
- 3 labs
- About 4 cases per day
- Common case types include emergent revascularization, LHC, RHC, peripheral diagnostic/interventional cases, cardioversion, TEE, devices, pericardiocentesis, and temporary pacemaker cases
Orientation
- 1 week of classroom and lab orientation
Additional Notes
- Floating may include Heart and Vascular Pre/Post
- Scrubs are provided
- Bring your own locker lock and hospital-designated shoes
- RTO must be submitted upfront and is limited to 7 or fewer days for the contract
- Candidates may not be full-time, part-time, or PRN with any facility associated with CommonSpirit, including CHI and Dignity
