CVOR RN

Location

  • Long Beach, California

Contract

  • 13 weeks
  • Travel contract
  • 10-hour day shifts
  • 40 hours per week

Required Qualifications

  • Active RN license in California
  • BLS certification
  • ACLS certification
  • 2 full years of CVOR experience
  • General OR experience
  • Must take CVOR call

Assignment Details

  • Main OR coverage when there are no CVOR cases
  • Floating is limited to other specialties within the OR
  • Call and weekend rotation required
  • First to float
  • Scrubbing is not required, but preferred

Clinical Setting

  • Hospital-based CVOR role
  • Common cases include CABG, AVR, MVR, and thoracotomy
