Charge Nurse

Location

  • Bangor, Maine

  • Nights, 7p-7a
  • 36 hours per week

Assignment Length

  • 13 weeks

Role Summary

  • Charge nurse responsible for coordinating and directing total nursing care for assigned residents/patients during a shift
  • Supports the Director and serves as a resource for the unit
  • Provides administrative backup in the Director’s absence

Required Qualifications

  • Valid RN license in Maine
  • Long Term Care (3 years of experience)
  • Long Term Care experience within the last year
  • BLS
  • Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing

Additional Details

  • Local travelers accepted
  • Traveler must reside 50+ miles from the facility
  • Facility may call off or cancel up to 3 shifts per 13-week assignment
