Respiratory Therapist
Overview
- Contract role in Tuba City, Arizona
- Day or night shift, based on operational needs
- 3 or 4 shifts per week
- On-call responsibilities, holiday coverage, and overtime as required
- No leave requests will be approved for this duration
Required Qualifications
- Associate's degree in respiratory care or equivalent certificate of completion in respiratory care
- Registered Respiratory Therapist (2 years of experience)
- Registered Respiratory Therapist experience within the last year
- Experience in an Acute Care setting
- Valid Registered Respiratory Therapist license in Arizona
- BLS issued by American Heart Association
- ACLS issued by American Heart Association
- PALS issued by American Heart Association
- NRP
Additional Information
- Fingerprinting must be submitted and cleared prior to start
- Housing application must be submitted 2 weeks prior to start; housing is available at additional cost
- COVID & FLU exemptions may be accepted after declination form is submitted
