Overview
- Contract role in St. Albans, Vermont
- 13-week contract
- Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:00 PM
- 37 hours per week
Required Qualifications
- Valid Physical Therapist license in Vermont
- Physical Therapist (2 years of experience)
- Physical Therapist experience within the last year
- BLS
- Experience in Supervisory roles
Responsibilities
- Actively monitors and adjusts patient visit schedules to meet productivity and patient needs
- Communicates schedule changes to the scheduler and supervisor
- Participates in in-service training programs
- Maintains and enhances personal knowledge and promotes standards in physical therapy
- Participates in marketing and promotion of rehab services
- Works with QI staff to improve accuracy of clinical notes and OASIS documents
- Transmits patient incident reports to QI Specialist as needed
