Weekly Taxable Pay: $504.64
Weekly Stipend: $362.57

Valid State Licensure, if applicable

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled MRI Technologist to join our team at North Memorial Health - Robbinsdale Hospital. This role involves performing high-quality imaging procedures in a fast-paced hospital setting, ensuring patient safety and comfort across all age groups — from neonates to Geriatrics. The MRI Technologist will be responsible for executing imaging exams accurately, recognizing emergent situations promptly, and maintaining detailed, confidential medical records.

You will utilize hospital and imaging computer systems effectively, interact professionally with physicians, colleagues, patients, and their families, and adhere to safety protocols at all times. The role also involves staying current with technological and procedural advancements through continuous skill development.

What You Bring

• Educational Background: Completion of an accredited radiologic technology program.
• Experience: Prior MRI experience preferred; demonstrated ability to perform a variety of MRI procedures.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency with MRI machines, hospital information systems, and patient care protocols.
• Certifications & Licenses:
  ARRT Certification in MRI (mandatory)
  Valid state licensure, if required by state law.
• Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication and collaboration abilities to work effectively with diverse teams and patient populations.
• Attention to Detail: Strong critical thinking skills, with the ability to recognize and respond to emergent situations swiftly.
• Flexibility: Ability to work evening shifts starting at 2 pm or 4 pm, with a commitment to maintaining a 40-hour workweek.

Preferred Education & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Radiologic Technology or related field.
• Minimum of 1-2 years of MRI Technologist experience in a hospital setting.
• Additional certifications in specialized imaging procedures or advanced MRI techniques are a plus.
