Description

Requirements
Current Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) certification eligible to practice in Iowa.
CVOR / Operating Room surgical technology experience required.
Open heart / cardiovascular surgery experience required.
Strong knowledge of surgical instruments, sterile technique, and OR procedures.
Ability to work the assigned 6:30 AM–3:00 PM shift.
Willingness to take 10–15 days of on-call coverage per month.
Willingness to work every other holiday (EOH).
Strong communication, teamwork, and ability to work effectively in a high-acuity CVOR environment.
