*** Pharmacist – 40hrs. Days/Eves Rotate ***
Shift: 7:00am to 3:30pm or 2:00pm to 11:30pm
Unit Name: Salem Pharmacy.
Brief Unit Description: Inpatient Pharmacy.
Years of Experience Required: Minimum 1-2 years of inpatient hospital pharmacy experience.
Skill Sets Required: Ability to review and interpret medication orders for safety and efficacy, oversight of pharmacy technician work (medication dispenses, IV compounds), attention to detail.
Education Required: Pharmacy degree required.
Patient Population: Newborn through geriatric. Medical and behavioral health.
EMR (Charting System) & Equipment Used: Epic, Omnicell
Rotating Shifts Required: Yes, Days/Eves.
Certification Required: MA Pharmacist License.

Della Infotech Inc Job ID #28332. Pay package is based on 10 hour shifts and 40 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
