Description

Routine histology technologist responsibilities including but not limited to embedding of all types of surgical, autopsy, and cytology specimens, routine microtomy sectioning at 2 - 10 microns, cryotomy, routine automated H&E and special staining, troubleshooting of common histological artifacts, ability to perform slide/block reconciliation practices, ability to us both hospital and laboratory information systems, and other duties as assigned.
