Description

17-week contract with strong potential to convert based on performance Candidates will be supporting the Home Health department with the patient load in Wayne, Oakland, and Macomb counties. They should anticipate a case load of approximately 6 patient visits per day with an average of 40-60 miles driven per day. Orientation will be 2-4 weeks depending on individual acuity and will take place at 1 Ford Place as well as in the field with a preceptor. REQUIRED: Current MI RN licensure, BLS certification through AHA, Minimum of 1 year of Home Health experience, current valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
