Job Responsibilities:Monitor and analyze patient cardiac rhythms using telemetry equipmentObserve and report changes or abnormalities in heart function and vital signsProvide direct patient care for telemetry and cardiac patientsCollaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to ensure quality careAdminister medications and treatments as prescribedMaintain accurate patient records and charting documentationRespond quickly to cardiac emergencies and changes in patient conditionRequirements:Active RN LicenseBLS &amp; ACLS Certifications requiredMinimum 2 years of recent Telemetry experience preferredStrong cardiac monitoring and interpretation skillsExperience with EPIC charting systems Previous travel experience preferred
