Provide direct patient care to neonates in NICU
Monitor vital signs and respond to changes in condition
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
Operate and manage neonatal equipment (ventilators, incubators, etc.)
Collaborate with neonatologists and multidisciplinary teams
Educate and support families of newborns
Maintain accurate and timely documentation. Active CA RN License
BLS (Basic Life Support) – required
NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Program) – required
Minimum 2+ years of NICU experience
