POSITION SUMMARY
Department Manager; RN Case Manager
POSITION DUTIES UR Discharge Planning; at least 6 months of Case Management leadership experience required.

MINIMUM REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS CA license; leadership and floor experience; will be a working manager

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS previous Kaiser experience

LENGTH OF ASSIGNMENT 13 weeks

SHIFT / HOURS PER WEEK 08:00 to End Time 16:30; Monday through Friday weekends on call
