RN Manager of Case Management
StartDate: 7/13/2026 Pay Rate: $1800.00 - $2700.00
POSITION SUMMARY – RN Manager of Case Management
POSITION DUTIES – Supervision of the case management department. Oversee clinical case management operations, ensuring safe, efficient patient transitions of care, regulatory compliance, and effective coordination between nursing staff, providers, and interdisciplinary teams.
MINIMUM REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS –
- WA/compact RN license
- BSN
- BLS
- 5 years acute hospital case management experience.
- 3-5 years of supervisory/managerial experience.
- Travel experience.
- Experience with the following units: NICU, pediatric, ER, MedSurg, Tele, Oncology, and ICU.
- Skilled in case management and discharge planning, strong assessment skills, ability to discharge homeless patients and discharge patients to the next level of care to SNF, IP, LTAC, Shelter, Assisted Living Facility, Medicare/Medicaid patients.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS – Inpatient clinical experience; Epic experience
LENGTH OF ASSIGNMENT – 13 weeks
SHIFT / HOURS PER WEEK – 8hr days
