POSITION SUMMARY – LCSW Social Worker

POSITION DUTIES – Provide clinical assessment, crisis intervention, care coordination, and discharge planning to help patients and families navigate medical, emotional, and social needs during hospitalization.

MINIMUM REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS – UT LCSW; AHA BLS; 2 years recent LCSW experience in an acute hospital setting

LENGTH OF ASSIGNMENT – 13 weeks

SHIFT / HOURS PER WEEK – Mon - Fri 830a-5p

SYSTEMS – Epic

START DATE – 6/8/2026
