POSITION SUMMARY – LMSW Social Worker

POSITION DUTIES – Group Therapy, Case Management, Discharge Planning, Crisis stabilization, BH assessments, Treatment Team meetings

MINIMUM REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS – 

• TX LMSW / LCSW / LPC-A / LPC
• BLS/CPR
• 2+ years minimum of acute care hospital experience in social work
• Acute hospital experience in specialty during the past year with no more than a 90-day break
• Strong senior adult experience

LENGTH OF ASSIGNMENT – 13 weeks

SHIFT / HOURS PER WEEK – 8a-5p

SYSTEMS – Meditech

START DATE – 6/22/2026
