POSITION SUMMARY – LMSW Social Worker

POSITION DUTIES – Provide clinical assessments, crisis intervention, discharge planning, care coordination, patient advocacy, and therapeutic support to help stabilize patients and connect them with appropriate ongoing services.

MINIMUM REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS –

• Iowa LMSW
• Master's degree
• BLS
• 2+ years recent social work experience in an acute hospital setting
• Skilled in court orders, psychosocial assessments, treatment plans, and discharge planning

LENGTH OF ASSIGNMENT – 13 weeks

SHIFT / HOURS PER WEEK – 8a-4/4:30p

START DATE – 7/13/2026
