RN Case Manager
StartDate: 7/21/2026 Pay Rate: $1800.00 - $2700.00

POSITION SUMMARY – RN Case Manager

POSITION DUTIES – Discharge planning; Utilization review; Dealing with all payers, including uninsured and homeless; Completing Initial assessments.

MINIMUM REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS – 

• CA RN license
• BSN
• BLS
• 2 years recent acute hospital experience in specialty
• DC Planning and UM/UR experience
• Must be familiar with Interqual
• Must have prior Dignity/CommonSpirit experience to be considered

LENGTH OF ASSIGNMENT – 13 Weeks

SHIFT / HOURS PER WEEK – Between 8-5pm (8hr days); EOW with at least one full weekend per month

SYSTEMS – Cerner / Interqual

START DATE – ASAP
