LCSW Social Worker
StartDate: 8/3/2026 Pay Rate: $1600.00 - $2500.00

POSITION SUMMARY – LCSW Social Worker

POSITION DUTIES – Provide clinical assessment, crisis intervention, care coordination, and discharge planning to help patients and families navigate medical, emotional, and social needs during hospitalization.

MINIMUM REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS –

• CO LCSW
• BLS
• 2 years social work experience in an acute hospital setting
• Acute hospital experience in specialty during the past year with no more than a 90-day break

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS –

• ED experience
• Palliative Care Knowledge and GOC Conversation
• Behavioral Health experience with suicide risk and substance use assessments
• Discharge planning experience

LENGTH OF ASSIGNMENT – 13 weeks

SHIFT / HOURS PER WEEK – 8A - 4:30P with some weekends

SYSTEMS – Meditech/Midas/Navihealth

START DATE – 8/3/2026

Facility Location
An amphitheater close to the Civic Center in Englewood is the focal point for visitors of this Rocky Mountain town where many summer concerts take place. Englewood is also famous for the “Broken Tree” golf facility with its award winning golf course complete with an 18 hole championship course. Kids love “Pirates Cove” which is open in the summer and includes a play structure, a six lane pool and 35 foot slide facility which includes three different types of slides.
