LMSW Social Work Supervisor
StartDate: 8/31/2026 Pay Rate: $1600.00 - $2400.00

POSITION SUMMARY – LMSW Social Work Supervisor

POSITION DUTIES – The Adult Outpatient Mental Health Supervisor is responsible for all administrative and clinical functioning of the program. This shall include all the functions necessary for the delivery of services to the institutions and client populations of the community served by the program. Will provide after-hours coverage for crisis calls to support program staff as needed.

MINIMUM REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS –

• Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology or Counseling.
• Michigan LMSW, LLP or LPC (full license only). State licensure must continually remain active, in effect, and free from disciplinary action.
• 3+ years of experience treating adults with mental health and/or substance use disorders.
• Proven experience providing individual, family, and group mental health and/or substance abuse treatment, with strong crisis intervention, communication, organizational, cultural competency, and collaboration skills, and the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS – Experience working in a community mental health setting and knowledge of community resources.

LENGTH OF ASSIGNMENT – Ongoing

SHIFT / HOURS PER WEEK – Mon-Thu 8:30am-7pm, Fri 8:30am-5pm. Flexible scheduling is available. Some evening and/or weekend hours may be required based on program needs. Required hours per week are 37.5. Will provide after-hours coverage for crisis calls to support program staff as needed.
