POSITION DUTIES- EMR: EPIC - Do you require InterQual criteria or Milliman experience: InterQual - Is this position for UR, discharge planning, or both?: Acute Care Coordination (Inpatient nursing units, potential for ED and Maternity coverage) - What areas do they cover (Inpatient, Outpatient, ER, Home Care, etc.): Inpatient nursing units, potential for ED and Maternity coverage - Experience or 'Must have' skills: MCG/InterQual reviews, Acute Care Coordination discharge planning experience - Shifts & Scheduling (Do you allow self-scheduling? Block scheduling?): Mon-Fri 8-1630 - Weekend Requirements: No - Holiday Requirements: No - How many shifts of unit/department specific orientation?: 3-5 days - Additional Notes: Fast paced turn around for discharging patients. Attributes that will help someone be successful in this position include communication, time management, organizational skills, leadership, adaptability, problem solving

MINIMUM REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS BLS Certification, Epic & hospital care coordination-discharge planning experience needed

LENGTH OF ASSIGNMENT 13 weeks

SHIFT / HOURS PER WEEK Mon-Fri 8-1630 40 hours per week
